Currently is responsible for the design, development and implementation and patient safety strategies for Insurance Services clients, including a 13 member group captive program. Specific responsibilities include collaborative on developing effective risk financing strategies, analyzing and trending of program wide incurred losses, facility risk management and regulatory compliance audits, planning and implementation of educational programs for member facilities, design and implementation of patient safety strategies, ongoing support and liaison for risk financing/risk management benchmarking functions, ongoing support and liaison between offshore captive management and onshore risk management initiatives.
